Philadelphia Roll
I've tried many Philadelphia rolls all over the place but something about fare on eighths is phenomenal! Even when you're stuffed to the max …this roll, I just couldn't stop eating until it was gone!
Chocolate PB Protein Bites
The chocolate pb protein bites are such a staple! I will get them and eat on them all week. A delicious and easy breakfast or chocolate fix in the afternoon.
Veggie Roll
We have had Veggie Sushi rolls all over the country, and this is by far, our favorite! Some in our family like them with cream cheese and some like them plain…but we all agree that you can't beat the food and service at Fare on Eighth!
Whipped Goat Cheese & Bacon
The whipped goat cheese is absolutely my favorite dish in Meridian. It's so creamy and goes so well with the hot honey! I'm not usually a fan of bacon, but it perfectly compliments the cheese and honey. 100/10 stars
Truffled Pomme Frites
The perfect snack to share over cocktails. Perfectly crispy, perfectly seasoned. I think about these fries every day and I eat them about once a week. This restaurant is such a gem in Meridian and I'm thankful for their delicious food, refreshing drinks, and incredible vibe.
Craw-Daddy
Fare on Eighth has some of the BEST sushi hands down. Me & friend plan girls night around this place cause it's so delicious! Sushi is 10/10 every single time.
Cheeseburger Flatbread
This was SO tasty! The cauliflower crust is thin and crisp. (perfect!) I love that the beef is locally sourced.
Higgs Roll
I had the Higgs Sushi Roll at Fare on Eighth, and honestly, it was just really good. The rice was soft and flavorful, and the mix of cucumber, avocado, and cream cheese gave it that perfect balance of fresh and creamy. I went with the spicy crab and it added just enough heat to make it interesting without being too much. Everything worked together instead of fighting for attention. And the place itself just makes it better. Fare on Eighth feels stylish but comfortable, like somewhere you actually want to hang out. You can enjoy your food, talk, and not feel rushed. The Higgs roll fits right in with that vibe, simple, well done, and the kind of roll you would order again without even thinking about it. It was so good I've officially added "Sushi Friday" to my calendar.
Southbound Crab Dip
This crab dip is delicious! Absolutely full of crab meat and very cheesy. I highly recommend this for any seafood lover!
Chef's White Cheddar Pimento Grilled Cheese
Soo good! Great food and no guilt!
